  4. First, I'd like to point out that the program seems to be having a problem with
  5. some Matrox graphics cards.  Known issues are that the program isn't displayed 
  6. sompletely or seems sliced.  If you're facing these problems and you own a 
  7. Matrox graphics card, try downloading the latest drivers for your card.

  11. Q. When I try to Install I get the message "Setup cannot continue because some 
  12. systems files are out of date on your system. Click OK if you would like setup 
  13. to update these for you now. You will need to restart Windows before you can 
  14. run setup again. Click cancel to exit setup without updating system files."

  16. A. Say OK and then restart your computer and run setup again.  If you are still
  17. faced with the same problems, some system files on your system might be write 
  18. protected.  Remove the 'Read Only' attribute from your files or alternatively, 
  19. download the AAScripter EXE seperately by going to:

  26. Q. I am running Windows 2000 and the program doesn't work.

  28. A. The program hasn't been tested on Windows 2000 so sorry for any problems 
  29. there.  I am working on a solution for this for a future release.  In the 
  30. meantime, try running the AAScripter EXE by going to:

  34. Make sure you run Install first to install all the necessary run-time files.

  39. Q. How can I get the registration code to register the product.

  41. A. The code is at the bottom of the main AAScripter page.  Anyway, save yourself 
  42. the fuss, it's alicyb.

  46. Q. One of the scripts uses images, where can I get this image from?
  47.  
  48. A. If you go to Start, Programs, and then AAScripter, you should see 3 files; 
  49. AAScripter, Readme and scripts.zip. All the scripts, images and files required 
  50. by some scripts are 
  51. stored here. Simply unzip it and you'll find the files  inside it.

  55. Q. When I run the setup file, it requests to update some of my system 
  56. components, so I let it.  Now, my Windows Explorer crashes repeatedly, after 
  57. startup every instance thereafter.

  59. A. This shouldn't happen, the setup file should update the system files properly 
  60. and work smoothly.  If you do face this problem then Microsoft is to blame.  It 
  61. seems that it's the way VB overwrites system files on some systems.  All you can 
  62. do is uninstall the program and then download the AAScripter EXE file by going to:
